At Rebuild IT, we stand by the quality of our refurbished electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
